Transfer Game Progress Between Android and iOS

Prerequisites

Before starting the transfer process, ensure you have:

• Access to both your old and new devices
• An active Facebook account
• Internet connection on both devices

Step-by-Step Transfer Process

On Your Source Device (with existing progress):

1. Launch the game on the device containing the progress you want to transfer
2. Access game settings by tapping the settings/gear icon in the top-right corner of the city overview screen
3. Navigate to save management by pressing the "Manage Save" button
4. Connect to Facebook by selecting "Sign in with Facebook" and following the authentication prompts
5. Wait for sync confirmation - button label should change from "Sign In" to "Sign Out"
6. Close the game completely before proceeding to the next device

On Your Target Device (where you want the progress):

1. Launch the game on your new device
2. Access game settings by tapping the settings/gear icon in the top-right corner of the city overview screen
3. Navigate to save management by pressing the "Manage Save" button
4. Connect to Facebook by selecting "Sign in with Facebook" using the same account

Important Notes

• Use the same Facebook account on both devices for successful transfer
• Internet connection is required throughout the entire process

Troubleshooting

If the transfer doesn't work:

• Verify you're signed into the same Facebook account on both devices
• Check your internet connection stability
• Create support ticket

If you don't have a Facebook account

It is also possible to make a manual transfer of your progress from one platform to another. In this case you won't be able to continue playing on device from which the game progress is transferred. After transfer is done you will be able to continue playing on the device to which game data was transferred.
