How to Request a Reset
To reset your game progress, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket.
Important Information Before Resetting/Deleting Game Progress
Please read carefully before proceeding with the request to erase your game progress data:
- Complete Progress Loss: All game progress, achievements, and saved data will be permanently deleted
- Profile Inaccessibility: Your current game profile will become completely inaccessible
- No Purchase Transfers: Previously purchased consumable items cannot be transferred to your new account
- No Refunds: Refunds are not available for consumable items purchased on your current account
- Irreversible Action: This process cannot be undone once completed
What Happens After Reset
After your game data delete request is processed:
- You will start the game from the beginning
- All previous progress and purchases will be lost
Progress Reset Request
By requesting a progress reset, you acknowledge that you want your game progress to be permanently deleted. Your current game progress will be completely removed, and you will not be able to receive a refund for any previously purchased consumable items or transfer them to a new game account. Once your request is processed by the support team, your game will start from the beginning.
