Game is Crashing

If Merge Mayor is crashing on your device, don’t worry - most issues can be fixed with a few simple steps. Crashes often happen due to low memory, unstable internet, or other apps running in the background. Try the following solutions to get back to playing:

1. Restart Your Device

Sometimes a simple restart can clear temporary issues and help the game run smoothly again.

2. Check Free Storage Space

Make sure your device has at least 1 GB of free space. Merge Mayor needs enough storage to save progress and load game content without interruptions.

3. Use a Stable Internet Connection

Crashes may occur if your internet connection drops while playing. Connect to a strong and stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network before starting the game.

4. Close Other Background Apps

Running too many apps at once can use up memory and cause Merge Mayor to crash. Try closing other apps before launching the game.

5. Reinstall the Game (Last Resort)

If none of the above steps solve the issue, you may need to reinstall Merge Mayor. Important: Before reinstalling, make sure your progress is saved.

• Go to Settings in the game.
• Select Manage Save and sign in to secure your game progress.
• After signing in, delete the game and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
• Once reinstalled, log back in to restore your progress.
