If your progress was reset, deleted or erased, don’t worry - we will make everything possible to help you in recovering your Merge Mayor game profile.
Why Game Data Can Be Lost
Game data can sometimes disappear after reinstalling the app, losing or switching devices, clearing app data, performing a factory reset on your device or just because of the malfunction of the mobile device operating system.
What to Do
- Open game settings and press "Manage Save" button.
- Sign in with account you have - if you've signed in before with one of these accounts the game will restore your game progress automatically.
If Signing in With Accounts Doesn't Work
- Create a request using the form below.
- Provide as much detail as possible about your lost game profile, such as: avatar name, club name (if you joined or created one), approximate level you had, order ID from in-game purchase made, when you started playing Merge Mayor and last time played while being online.
- The more information you share, the faster our team can locate and restore your game data.
Important
Please note: If you play without having stable internet connection to game servers restoring latest game progress may not be possible.
Game Profile Restore Request
We can try restoring your lost game progress. Please try answering as many questions as you can in the form below about the game profile you've lost. Please try putting approximate values and skip the fields if you absolutely don't remember asked information. The more precise data you can provide us - the faster you will be able to enjoy Merge Mayor again!
If you've made any purchases in the game - please attach one of the purchases receipts you've got from Google Play or Apple for the purchase (information of the purchase from your bank can't help us in finding your lost profile). Please make sure order ID or transaction ID is clearly visible on the screenshot. You can blur any personal data on the screenshot for privacy reasons.
